How do I set up an online account?
If you're a new customer, follow the prompts to set up your online account. If you have registered your card, call 511 and say "Compass" to set up your account and password.
Is it possible to receive a refund?
All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for transit pass products.
How long will the pass be available to download?
Passes must be downloaded (tapped) within 30 day of purchase.
How long does it take for my pass to activate on my Compass Card?
Please allow up to three business days for your new pass to be activated.
