Q: How do I set up an online account?
A: If you're a new customer, follow the prompts to set up your online account. If you have registered your card, call 511 and say "Compass" to set up your account and password.
Q: Is it possible to receive a refund?
A: All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued for transit pass products.
Q: When can I reload next month's pass?
A: You can reload your next month's pass starting on the 20th.
Q: How long does it take for my pass to activate on my Compass Card?
A: Please allow up to three business days for your new pass to be activated.
